3. Which cities do you deliver to?

4. Will the gift look exactly like the picture?
Every city has its own arrangement and presentation, so the product may look slightly different than the pictures shown on our website.
5. Are the items gift wrapped?
Yes! All items are gift-wrapped in the original vendor packaging with the vendor’s name printed on it.
6. Do you deliver a free greeting card?
Yes! You can add a personalized message on a free greeting card when placing your order.
7. Do you offer personalized messages on cakes?
No. Due to handling issues, we cannot offer personalized messages on cakes. Challenges include:

8. How does delivery work?
Once you place your order, our trusted delivery partners and local vendors in Pakistan ensure your gift is delivered fresh, on time, and exactly as promised.
9. What are your delivery timings?
Delivery is available from 11 AM to 8 PM.
10. Do you deliver on Sundays and holidays?
Yes, in major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Sargodha, and more. For other cities, holiday deliveries are not available.
11. Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
✅ Yes! You can choose your desired delivery date at checkout, including birthdays, anniversaries, Eid, or other special occasions.
12. Can I choose a delivery time?
You may request a specific delivery time, but it is not guaranteed as it depends on suppliers and the area. Guaranteed midnight delivery is available for an additional charge.
13. How long in advance should I place an order?
We recommend a minimum of 48 hours. Same-day delivery is available in major cities. You can also place orders weeks or months in advance using our delivery date option.
14. Is shipping free?
Yes! You only pay the price shown on our website for the product.
15. What if the recipient does not receive the product?
Delivery is 99.9% guaranteed. If we fail due to operational issues, we offer a 100% refund. If the recipient's information is incorrect, the item will go into storage for next-day delivery, and the quality warranty will be voided.
16. How can I pay for my order?
