HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?
We require a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) advance notice for all orders.
Why? Since we coordinate with fresh local vendors in Pakistan, we need this time to process your payment, forward the details to the supplier, and ensure they have the fresh ingredients ready for your gift. We do not offer same-day delivery.

WHICH CITIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver to over 50 major cities and towns across Pakistan. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to view the complete list and check if Sunday delivery is available in your city.

WILL THE GIFT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE?
Our gifts are handcrafted by expert local florists and bakers in each city. While we strive to match the image perfectly, slight variations in arrangement or container style may occur due to local availability. We guarantee the value and "wow factor" will always match or exceed what is shown.

ARE THE ITEMS GIFT WRAPPED?
Yes. Every item is professionally packaged in premium vendor wrapping to ensure it arrives looking beautiful and presentable.

DO YOU INCLUDE A GREETING CARD?
Yes! We offer a complimentary greeting card with every order. You can write your own personal message at checkout, which will be hand-delivered with your gift.

CAN I REQUEST A PERSONALIZED MESSAGE WRITTEN ON THE CAKE?
To ensure the cake arrives in pristine condition, we do not write directly on the cake itself. Icing writing often melts or smudges during transit in Pakistan's climate. Instead, we include your message on a beautiful greeting card.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?
Our standard delivery window is between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We cannot promise an exact minute of arrival, but we ensure delivery on your selected date (provided you ordered 2 days in advance).

DO YOU DELIVER ON SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS?
Yes, but only in specific major cities (see the list below). For smaller towns, delivery is available Monday through Saturday only.

IS SHIPPING FREE?
Yes, standard shipping is completely Free within city limits!
Note: Deliveries to villages or addresses far outside main city limits may incur an extra fee (approx. $10). We will contact you if this applies to your order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Note: Charges will appear as "Pakistan Gift Courier Inc" on your credit card statement.

CAN I PAY VIA INTERAC E-TRANSFER?
Yes! For customers in Canada, we accept Interac e-Transfers.
