SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & QUALITY STANDARDS

We source our products from premium partners including Pearl Continental (PC) Hotel, Avari Hotel, Kitchen Cuisine, and Ramada.

  • Perishability: Because our products include fresh flowers and cakes, product appearance may vary slightly from online images.
  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. Due to the fresh-sourced nature of our business, once an order for a 5-star hotel cake or custom floral arrangement is accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

SECTION 4 - PRICES & INSTALLMENT BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are proud to offer monthly installment payment options—exclusive to our service—to assist our customers with high-value gifts. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates. While we strive for perfection in Lahore and other major cities, we are not liable for delays caused by local transit or events outside our control. Perishable items are transferred at the risk of the loss passing to you upon delivery to the recipient address provided.

SECTION 6 - REFUND POLICY

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of fresh flowers and cakes, physical returns are not accepted.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Send Gifts To Pakistan. You release Shopify from all claims and liabilities related to your purchases.
