At SendGiftstoPakistan.ca, we are committed to providing the best service possible. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our return and refund policy below:
Returns:

Due to the nature of our products (cakes, flowers, and other perishable goods), we cannot accept returns.

If there is a problem with your order (e.g., incorrect items or damage), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

We will require photographic proof of any damaged items, and we will work with our fulfillment partner (GiftWifts.com) to resolve the issue.
Refunds:

If the order was incorrect, damaged, or not as described, we will issue a full refund upon confirmation of the issue.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
Exemptions:

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
